SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Sheriff's Agent Richard Fischer was re-assigned to authoritative duties afterwards a woman's allegations of inappropriate behavior alike this week.

The woman is accusing Fischer of inappropriate conduct and affecting in August of 2016, according to her attorney, Dan Gilleon.
