The Dasara Navarathri Mahotsavam began with fervour and adherence in Sri Bhramaramba Devi temple at Srisailam and the utsav idol of the Goddess was busy in Sailaputri alamkaram on Thursday evening.
Priests performed yagasala pravesam, Siva sankalpam, Ganapati Pooja, punyahavachanam, deeksha sankalpam, akhanda sthapana, Vastu pooja, mantaparadhana, Chandi kalasasthapana and Ruthvigwarana in Brahmaramba Devi temple mantapam appearance the admission of the Navarathri festivities.
